Explorer Limited 3.6

Backup camera went totally out and said contact the dealer. Was in the Ford Dealer for 6 days. This is not an easy fix, they have to remove a lot of interior parts they said, including all of the rear hatch. They replaced the camera and the backup camera module (whatever that is).

Revese camera was starting to go out, well it finally did, was told that it would cost me out of pocket 100$ to have it looked at, and it would not be covered under ford, but mt 3rd party extended warrantee , still cost the 100$ , called the extended warranty and they do not cover electrical parts. so i had to buy a new one off eBay, put it in my self because the dealership was going to card 450$ to replace a part not purchased from them. now i have a camera that works, paid 800$ from my pocket and 15 min of my time, this is all on a car less than 2 years old,
