Banging noise started at 90k miles.

Car bought used and mileage was 88.000 Miles and when reaching 90 k there is a heavy bang and engine squeak noise does not go away, I decided to replace as much as possible of parts which is periodically replaced , I replaced the time chain, 6 ignition coil, water pump and gas pump and tensioner, till now all is smooth with the car, but I was hit with oxygen sensors code P0131 ,THEN CODE B1D03 righthand high beam circuit, then code B108A start button engine code, but it was gone when I replaced the car battery since it started when the battery started recently showing poor performance to start engine in the morning.
