I drove 3 hours from home to stop at a hotel. I have had no problems with my car, no signs of anything going wrong. I stop the car in a parking spot and go drop my things off into a hotel room, then I come back out to the car and it won't start. I am MAD as it is because I don't even have 15k miles on my car, I am 3 hours from home. NO TOWING COMPANY will tow more than 11-35 miles away (only to the closest Ford house, which is oh thats right 3 HOURS from my home). I am stranded with no help from Ford, it's warranty or my idiotic insurance company, and they don't reimburse towing and I can't afford over $600 in towing fees. A FREAKING FUEL PUMP WENT OUT ON A BRAND NEW CAR!!! Are you kidding me!!??

I had to get it towed back by family, that had to drive 3 hours to me and 3 hours back, and we ended up with a blow out all because of a BRAND NEW CAR not functioning properly. I have PLENTY of issues with the car from the get go and I am going to report every single one as I am not extremely upset with both Ford and this model.
