At the dealership, I noted on all Ford Explorers had mismatched paint color from Fender to Bumper cover on Blue, Red, White, Silver spruce, Tan, but not the Black paint. The salesman and owner stated Ford would stand behind their vehicles. When submitted to Ford through the dealer, Ford denied the claim.
