problem #2

Jun 302015

Explorer Sport Trac V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 138,915 miles

I just bought this truck from a dealership. The transmission lagged a great deal so I had fluid flushed and replaced. It was lagging in 1st gear to second.

(reported on)

Explorer Sport Trac

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,653 miles

The transmission lags before shifting into 2nd while the engine increases to about 3500 RPM. Also, the Overdrive light intermittently comes on and blinks until I turn the engine off and restart - then it goes off until the problem returns.
