While driving 25 mph, in inclement weather the vehicle skidded. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hitting a ditch, lost control and was overturned. Both frontal air bags deployed. However, the passenger seat belt failed to restrain consumer. This caused the passenger to eject out of the passenger door window tied the seat belt around the passenger's right arm and attaching her to the truck. Two passengers and the driver sustained major injuries and were transported to the hospital. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection. The cause has not been determined at this time.
