Rodents ate my 2014 F150 3.5 twin turbo engine wiring to the point of engine light stays on, advanced traction light stays on and cruise control does not work. The truck drives like its running on three cylinders. I just found out that Ford has been using "green wiring" made from soy ,rice hulls, castor, corn, flax and coconut .These are bio based materials that rodents love to chew on and make nests in your engine compartment.

I can assure you that most if not all complaints in all categories of these forums can be related to the bio based materials that are recyclable .These bio based wiring may cause fires amoung other problems due to rodent attraction . Now you know ! Make a complaint . It's the auto makers at fault! This should be a recall under warranty and or class action law suit .
