At about 9k miles I started noticing a difference in braking. The brakes were not as firm nor would bring me to a stop as I had been used to. At first I thought maybe the brakes were just wearing. But the problem has persisted over the last 6 weeks and is worsening. I noticed that if I applied pressure to the brakes, let up and applied the brakes again it would stop as usual. At this point I made an appointment with the Ford dealer and explained the problem.

At the appointment I reiterated the problem again and went to wait while they looked over the brakes. Within 10 minutes I saw my truck parked outside and that confused me. I went to the service desk and asked what was happening. They told me they checked the brakes and they were fine. They stated the brakes were fading and that was normal. That was the most ridiculous thing I have heard. So I asked them why if I could pump the brakes and have them stop me as normal then that was "Normal". They said yes. Well, I told them they were full of $h*t and called the general manager. They have one more chance to look at this after this weekend. I'll update this when I find out what they do.
