The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated that after entering the vehicle and closing the door, the rear windshield shattered without impact. The contact called gerber auto mall located at P.O. Box 1600 hwy 17, green cove springs, fl 32043, (904)-264-2442, and was provided the phone number to a facility where the windshield could be repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
