The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated that it was difficult to place the key into the ignition switch. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the lock cylinder needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.
