F-250 4WD 8-cyl

Air conditioning issue: In turning on the air conditioning in my F250 Ford truck this year it did not cool the cab. In taking it to a mechanic to see what was the problem, I was told that 3 technical bulletins had been issued on the A/C unit. Unless there was a problem, no one would have checked the A/C. bulletins 06-17-12, 08-13-5 and 08-13-5 - lack of A/C cooling due to deficient material clogging orifice tube. Now it is costing over $800 from my pocket to fix a problem that Ford acknowledges that it knows about and because of the bad part, the entire A/C system has been compromised.

The contact owns a 2006 Ford F-250. When the contact would attempt to start his vehicle he noticed that the key would turn inside the ignition but the engine would not start. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic shop where the contact was informed that the injector driving module was defective and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The current and failure mileages were 160000.
