F-250 XL 6.2L

  • Automatic transmission

Death wobble multiple times. Have extended warranty but Ford doesn't see potential death as a problem. Shakes violently and you have to come to a complete stop. After they told me shocks were all fine I myself took them off and brought them into Ford service manager and told him if staying down when pushed in was fine. Then take the shocks off a new one and show me. They replaced and still shakes the living crap outta me. And wheel chatters on all bumps. Ford extended warranty is a load. It's gonna take lives to get Ford to listen. I love my Ford super duty but after a new truck every 3 years for 21years. I think it's time for a change.

F-250 King Ranch Diesel

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,500 miles

Truck has been back to dealer many times. Ford says there is no problem but keeps getting worse. Can't use the vehicle for intended use. Nobody will drive it any more as they come back with headache and still neck from the up and down oscillation that become exaggerated when you go over a bump. Beginning to think that it is not suspension but an out of balance engine problem that started at about 2500 miles and keeps getting worse. This happened about the same time economy went down fro 19+ to 15 mpg. Truck now has just over 9000 miles and just sits.

Ford is telling me this is normal and all trucks are like this. I think they are dodging a problem. I drive GM 2500 with the diesel as well as Dodge with the Cummins and they are smooth riding.

I now have to rent trucks for my work and have to make payments on something that is useless.
