F-350 XLT 5.4L

While driving our 2004 F350 on a family vacation, the spark plug in #2 cylinder decided to eject from the engine. We were in a remote location with no cell service. After deliberating we decided to limp the vehicle to the closest town and were lucky enough to find a shop that would be able to fix the destroyed threads and put in a new coil pack and plug. This has been a concern for me for all the years that I have owned this truck and it finally did happen. I keep this truck in perfect operating condition and perform all of the services to keep it in top running condition. This is clearly a problem from the manufacturer and it only seems fair that a recall is issued and that Ford stands behind their products.
