The contact owns a 2004 Ford F350 crew cab diesel. The vehicle has 6 general 87516 tires, size, P235/85R16. While driving 65 mph, the tread shredded off the tires and destroyed the fenders. The first fender cost $1,100 to repair. The failure occurred a second time on June 3, 2009. The tires did not lose air during either failure. The current tire mileage was 41,000. The contact owns a 2004 Ford 350 diesel. While driving 60 mph, the front passenger tire blew out. A towing service replaced the tire. The tire shop inspected the tires and noticed that the valve stems on the other 3 tires were defective, however he stated that the tire that exploded did not have a defective valve stem. The tire had less than 10,000 miles they had to pay $1560 for a new tire. Updated 09/10/08 updated 09/19/08.

While driving 70 mph right rear inner tires experienced a blow out on a 2004, Ford F350 pickup truck with only the driver in the vehicle. Original equipment, tire size LT235/85R16, dot #ad0R1P61103. The tire manufacturer was not notified.
