F-350 F-350 HD Diesel

  • Automatic transmission
  • 66,487 miles

Let me tell you people. If you own a diesel truck, Do NOT.....Do Not take it to Meadowvale Ford. It is like going to a walk in clinic to get heart surgery. They are just not experienced or have the ability to take on these vehicles. I can't tell you how they are with gas vehicles but for diesel....They had my truck for 3 weeks for head gaskets and PCM they had for a full week. They had the nerve to say "well, we won't charge you 4 days labor." No Kidding!!! you shouldn't if you can't figure out the problem. What I should have done was use common sense. Go to Milton or Georgetown where there is many more diesel trucks and that taking it into a place where they don't have much experience fixing f-350. Trust me gents, The price tag of major truck work is bad enough. Don't put yourself through my nightmare.

F-350

  • Automatic transmission
  • 35,000 miles

After all these complaints, I went and bought a Dodge 4x4 and my Ford truck is still in the shop. Were looking into warranty fraud. Ford service can't even explain this problem and how it could have happened. Also the transmission now is torn up and needs replaced possible due to snow plowing for 2nd season even though we have the plow prep package.I've had my truck for 20 months and this is one of many problems I've had head gaskets blown, worn out wire harness, Block heater was replaced, high pressure oil pump replaced, block heater cord replaced,3 thermostats and 2 interior panels replaced.
