The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-350. While driving various speeds, the check engine indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to spradley barr motors cheyenne (2200 westland rd, cheyenne, wy 82001, (307) 638-3335) where it was diagnosed that the diesel exhaust fluid heater malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that there were no recalls associated with the VIN. The failure mileage was 88,000.
