The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-350. While driving approximately 70 mph over a bump in the road, the vehicle shook and wobbled uncontrollably for approximately fifteen minutes without warning. The cruise control was activated at the time of the failure. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road and shut off the engine. The vehicle was restarted and taken to bayer Ford (833-318-1196, located at 200 E central ave, comanche, tx 76442). The dealer was not aware of the failure and recommended diagnostic testing. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and consulted with the dealer to determine the cause of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 33,200.
