While pulling our 13000 lb camper the high pressure fuel pump went out. We made it to our site to unhook and head straight to the local Ford dealership. The next morning received a call the problem would not be covered under warranty because there was Rust in the Fuel. We were told to file a claim on our insurance under comprehensive. Dis that but also called Ford Motor company to ask they cover it. Was told they would cover 50% at best. After 5 days in the shop we picked up the Truck after being told Geico would cover the rest. After being home 2 days were told Geico would not pay and now the Ford dealership is asking us for the unpaid balance. This fuel problem is a known issue with the Bosch C4 fuel pump being the problem. I want to pursue Ford in paying the balance owed under warranty.
