Air has never worked. I have made several appointments to have fixed but due to it being on police rotation, we have had to pull it several times to clear accidents. On June 6th we took to Ken Garff Ford in West Valley Utah. I was told that Ford did not want to participate in this repair, since we were out of warranty by 200 miles and, we have documents stating we have tried for 1 year and half...
It's sad we spend a lot of money on trucks and Ford does not back them up... AVOID KEN GARFF DEALERS EVERYWHERE... This was a Henry Day Ford dealer before and had 5 star service and now can't score anything... FORD, PLEASE BUY THEM OUT!
