I experienced the problem with my car and contacted Aurinia Ford in Pretoria as they always do the services on it. They could only help me on the 20th December, I booked for the service as well as the repair of my air-conditioning. Anja called and informed me that the compressor needs to be replaced, but it falls under Factory-warranty and therefor it may take up to 3 weeks. I then called the dealership in Tzaneen as this is where I'll be for the Festive-period. I took my car to them on Wednesday the 22nd at 07h15, Chantelle called me a few hours later and said that due to the factory-warranty it might take up to 2 weeks to get authorization to do the repairs. I then asked for a courtesy-vehicle for the mean-while according to the factory-warranty policy. The lady told me that they do not have courtesy-vehicles because customers is abusing it and then they sit with the damages.

It is 36 hours since I left my car there and I did not here from the Dealership as yet. This vehicle is one of many in the company-fleet and unfortunately the problems arising is always with Ford. I need help urgently.
