Fiesta SE 1.6L

  • Manual transmission

Well, the previous dealership never told me but noted the leak on the paperwork, I spoke with Ford Motor Company and they told me, just because there are signs of leak doesn't mean it need to be fixed. At this new dealership, it took the technician less that 5 minutes to take a look then let me know it needs to be replaced. Upon picking up the car, since I couldn't take the pump with me the technician showed it to me, and there was rust all over it. Mind you this leak was noticed by the previous dealership while it was in the custody to fix the transmission leak, but no one called me to fix while they had it or told me when i picked up the car. I had to pay another deductible at another dealership to fix what they could've and should've fixed.
