I have had ongoing problems with car chugging and acting like it is going to die on me. Several times I heard a an awful screech like metal to metal. I took to mechanic. He replaced rotors and said I should hear no more problems with the screeching. Thursday I heard screeching again. The car acted like it was going to stop. I drove 3 block and was afraid I was not going to make it. When I got where I was going, I thought I was not going to be able to stop. I looked up cost of new clutch. It's almost $1000.00. No warranty. I am retired and do not make much Social Security. I have not seen a recall on clutch for 2013 Fiesta.

I bought my Ford Fiesta June 13,2015 I did not have my car for a week it start pulling, jerking, stalling like it didn't want to pull .I call ford were I bought the car they told me to bring it in. I took the car,my car was under warrant. They look over the car and said the clutch was gone. Now, took off work using my time. Again within 3 weeks it started doing the same thing. I call, they to me to bring it in.

My husband took it up there on his off day they said the other clutch went out they fix that. The car was ok, until about two month I HEARD THIS LOUD CLICKING AND THE START JERKING AND STALLING. Then I call again, I took off work. They look over the car came and told me that the Transmission clutch was gone. I'm like, Dam I have not drove my car, not even a good month before somethings going wrong. I WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS CAR. Each time I had to rent a car from them I had to pay out my pocket. Now suppose I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY at the time. Thank God I had it.

My car is still not right it sounds like a truck. After all this I took the car back up there to trade it in they told me that I didn't have the car long enough. I just wanted a different car I had so many problem. Then he had the nerve to tell that they had too many Ford Fiestas on the lot that they couldn't sell. I say, what? This was BOMMARITO Ford.

I was so sad and mad I start crying. My sister said stop crying, you are going to make yourself sick. I did. My blood pressure when up very high. My sister says, Gods got you, they will pay for the way they are treating people. I want to thank official court for sending this card to me. Because I do not have any money to get a lawyer. Thanks. God Bless.

I have had my clutch in my 2013 ford fiesta replaced 3 times. I am unsure of how many times it takes for them to get the problem fixed, but I am up to my wits end with dealing with this car. There should not be a reason why I should have to replace the clutch 3 separate times.

FUNNY THING IS, THAT I CALLED THEM ABOUT TWO WEEKS AFTER HAVING THE VEHICLE AND EXPLAINED TO THEM HOW IT WAS JERKING, STALLING, PROBLEMS ACCELERATING, AND HOW THE RPM'S WERE GOING CRAZY ON THE CAR.....ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT'S NORMAL ON YOUR TYPE OF VEHICLE. I ASKED, HOW IS THAT NORMAL? WELL MAAM YOUR VEHICLE HAS A STANDARD TRANSMISSION SO THAT IS THE REASON IT DOES THAT.........WE CAN CHECK IT FOR YOU IF YOU'D LIKE, BUT I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW WE HAVE HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE COMING IN FOR THE SAME REASONS AND AFTER CHECKING THE VEHICLES IT SHOWS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. WELL TWO YEARS LATER IT IS STILL DOING THE SAME THING AND IT TURNS OUT ITS BEEN THE CLUTCH THIS WHOLE TIME.
