My wife was driving 40mph when a driver coming from the opposite direction and made illegal left hand turn and hit her almost head on. The car was a wreck and she hit the steering with her chest. She's been having chest pain and headaches since then (2 days now). We waited to see if the pain went away, but it hasn't. She will be seeing a doctor today.
People are human. We all make mistakes. I'm not angry with the driver who hit her, but I am upset the airbags didn't deploy. From what I've read, 2013 Ford Fiesta's have this problem. Why haven't we received a letter for a warranty repair? This isn't a new model. Why has Ford sent a car out on the road that isn't compliant with Government safety standards?
