Flex Limited V6

This is my second ford flex. Had a 08 both had same seat issue..the back seat ,middle and right fold down together, the latch gets stuck and will not let down. I took it to the dealers and they said quite a few are having this issue.

Latch to lay the middle seats down won't work. It was kinda stiff when we bought the car last year and got progressively worse and won't budge now. Was told it would be $107 an hour to diagnose.
