In addition, the blower failed and the heater or air conditioning units would not turn on, turn on independently, or would fail to turn off. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was 92,000.

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Flex. The contact stated that the blower for the heating and air conditioning failed on the passenger side of the vehicle. The heating and air conditioning did not work on the entire passenger side of the vehicle. When the failure occurred, the vent blew hot air and one side blew cold air. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was determined that the blower motor for the air conditioning and heating failed. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 65,000.
