Rear brakes were GONE at 35k miles. Front brakes have over 8mm's left and the rear had less than 2mm's. The service person proceeded to tell me its my braking style. I have never had a set of brakes go this quickly let alone the rears. Stated I should of lubed my brakes to keep debris out of the way and my brakes would of lasted longer. So yet again, consumer fault. Not even a possibility it was an engineering oversight due to the sheer weight of the vehicle.

Make a damn vehicle last. I want to buy American but this makes it hard when all the foreign cars are literally maintenance free. Fluid, tires, clean the car. Truly sick of trying to support American cars when you sell a car at a considerable price and then every 10k miles you need to bring it in for some service that costs a minimum of 50-100 bucks. To lube the brakes was a minimum 40 dollars depending how long it took. I paid 40k for the damn vehicle engineer it to not need this service.

Ford and Dodge are the same. We know how GM is fairing with murderous recalls. Subaru or Hyundai here I come. So done with these service departments or Ill just go back to doing my own work.
