How can you back up when your screen is telling you to call the dealership for camera backup not available????? Why would it not be available? Is this one of the issues with the electrical problems along with the lights staying on and the dash telling you your rear door is ajar and then the company telling you the recall does not include your vehicle ? What the world are you suppose to do then???? To fix the car is almost as much as your payment HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flex Limited 3.2L V6

This is the first new car I ever ordered (in the past, I took what was sitting on the lot.) So I am very disappointed that I'm experiencing any problems.

The rear view camera screen is supposed to show yellow guidelines indicating the direction of travel when the steering wheel is turned. This is a great feature, however my guidelines are nonexistent and the 'tech' guy at the dealership is scratching his head and replying on Dearborn for an answer. He has contacted other dealerships and apparently I'm not the only one who is having this problem.
