Focus SE 2.1L

  • Manual transmission
  • 125,489 miles

I only noticed the problem the same day that it broke down on me. I put the car in 1st and the car was moving sluggish & doing sort of kangaroo jumps, same thing in 2nd. Started to grind all gears and finally would only drive in second, very annoying. Saved up some money and finally got it replaced a couple months later.

Focus SVT 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 58,000 miles

The clutch had premature wear due to d defective design. Dealership paid for some of the repair but would not pay for it

all as it is a "wear and tear" fix which is only cover under 12months/12,000 miles warranty. The clutch is still not right.

Needs to be pumped up before using.

Focus LX

We bought this car thinking that we wouldn't have the problems that come with a used car so far that is far from it. I have called local repair shops only to find out that it could cost me up to $1200.00 and I am still making payments on the damn thing I know for one thing I will never buy another ford product.
