I have a 2007 Ford Focus, first I had to pay $773 cause I asked the mechanic why is my car running so loud, and when they (Pep Boys in McDonough, GA.) looked to see they said that my wheel bearings were rubbing against each other and they needed to replace them.

Well not even a month later after having the wheel bearing replaced and oil change oh and new back tires, my car just stops. I take it back to the shop and told that the spark plug cap came off and the threading that holds the spark plugs have come undone. This, they say, is common in Ford F-150, but is the first time we've seen it in a Focus. Cost to fix it is $768. WTF, I just gave you $773 now I got to give you almost $800 more, its the holiday, and we are in a reccession. I know but you may wanna call ford.

Well I googled the problem and came up with this website and alot of others including a lawsuit site sueing Ford about the spark plugs. I decided to call Ford and ask them a out the problem, of course they denys it and says non of their vehicles have any problems like that. I say how can you explain the websites and the law suits. Ma'am, he says, our vehicles have no such problems. I will pay to get my car fix, however the first chance I have to run it against a wall so I can get another one, I will. This vehicle has been a headache since I've had it. Ford vehicles sucks.
