2010 Ford Focus SEL- has had front driver side grinding noise, vibration since purchase but initially thought it was road noise. Recent inspection of front tires showed excessive wheel on front driver side tire with side wall separation from tire. Had it towed to get tires replaced and found a right side wheel bearing and alignment was suggested and had this done. The grinding noise is still there and hasn't changed. It is very prominent at approximately 75 mph (this is when it is the loudest) the car stereo will not mask the noise even at 1/2+ volume. The noise increases at acceleration, when letting off the gas pedal the noise will stop for a few seconds then start again but at a lower speed. This had initially started while the car was still under bumper to bumper warranty (is now expired) and have mentioned this noise during oil changes but nothing visually was noted as the cause.

When I purchased this vehicle it was 2 years old. I have noticed algae growing on the passenger side tail light lens cover, it has a leak on driver side door. Satellite radio is not currently active but when radio is switched to off there is a radio station that can be heard very faintly and at times can be heard over sync set up with Ipod especially notable when track changes.

I also own a 1998 Ford Mustang with almost 300 ,000 miles and nowhere near the trouble that this vehicle already seems to be exhibiting. I'm not happy with this vehicle and am strongly considering trading it in.
