The contact owns a 2011 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the doors would not open from inside the vehicle, except for the front passenger door. Also, the key failed to open the vehicle's doors when locked. The vehicle was taken to Ford groves (1501 N kingshighway St, cape girardeau, mo 63701) where it was diagnosed that the door handles and rods needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was 180,067.
