Sync overheats then crashes, USB connection doesn't work unless you play on the phone first then SYNC, I brought it to Ford last week paid for labour all I got was you need a need cause the one in your car isn't good. The plug they found was on my floor broken and meant for the garbage. After getting my car (4 days later) the SYNC is broken: doesn't recognise my iphone, can't connect to Bluetooth, the whole system freezes for 10-20 mins with nothing working, the SD Navigation all of a sudden pops up and says it doesn't work, I'm about to punch my screen!!!!
