The contact owns a 2012 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the driver's side seat belt retracted properly, but failed to lock to secure the driver. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the seat belt buckle was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but provided no solution. The failure mileage was not available.
