The seats are very uncomfortable and have caused problems with my back and hips. I am now seeing a chiropractor who has confirmed the problem is with the seat and will vouch for me. They should not tilt back so far or you should be able to adjust them. You do not sit correctly in the seat. I have also spent $100 for a wedge cushion. This is ridiculous! I have talked to the dealership about it and they act as though they have never heard complaints. I don't believe this at all. I will never buy another Ford or buy from this dealership again!!
