The contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the rear passenger door window failed to stay up. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the technician placed a stopper between the glass and the door to keep it from falling. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, the contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 16V384000 (air bags); however, the part needed for the repair was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called Lincoln of franklin at (615) 794-4585 (1129 murfreesboro rd, franklin, tn 37064) and was informed that the part was not available. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown. Parts distribution disconnect.

The contact owns a 2008 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that the front and rear driver side and rear passenger side window regulators became inoperable. Moody's automotive (located at 219 w central ave, jamestown, tn 38556, (931) 879-4621) was contacted and an appointment was made to have the rear passenger side window regulator replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
