My Ford My Touch screen freezes and you can’t operate anything, including A/C, Radio, Navigation, Apps, Settings, and phone. The controls under the screen don’t work either, including the power button.
This has happened at least 6 times from July 2019 to October 2019. No rhyme or reason when this happens, but not when you start the car.
