I'd enjoyed my Ford Fusion Hybrid for 4 years, then the MyTouch screen began to give me problems. Took it to the dealer who told me it was the battery, no wait, still software failed, did master reset, no wait, still doesn't work. Just drove it away from the Ford dealer repair and it still isn't fixed. The MyTouch is extremely slow, doesn't react when you press the button for 30 seconds, 1 minute maybe ever. My Sirius navigation no longer shows up. I'm seeing a lot of internet traffic on problems with MyTouch. I will not buy another Ford if they can't fix this problem.
