Frequent intermittent frozen home screen for a couple years now. First time, "nothing wrong with it, it just needed update." It has automatic update, just look at settings. Next time took 3 weeks to get a service appointment, then they just had to keep it "in the queue" at the dealership for another good 2 weeks +. They drove it for a couple of days and couldn't get it to act up. Result was "Couldn't find anything wrong." I have another appointment 3 weeks away, and I have no idea what will come of that, but I'm not optimistic.
