I have having issues with wiring. Wide shield wipers don't work, multiple head lights are out and dome light stays on sometimes

Car had been parked in garage for about 8 hours since driven. Car caught fire and destroyed garage and car. Fire investigator said the fire was caused by brake switch in master cylinder.
