Mustang Coupe 4.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 589 miles

The phone button is there and you are lead to believe that it is there for a reason. Ford answer is that it is cheaper to put them in all Mustangs even if they have no way to make it work. There is no solution. . We covered it in email and personal conversation with the manager of best Ford in Nashua NH. The dealer knew I was expecting. the phone sync option but they only comment is that they had made a mistake and are offering to pay for 1/2 an aftermarket solution that will not work with the phone button. I later found out that the Sirus button does not work either.

They are nice people but the phone will not work and can never work. I and the Ford dealership have been mislead and Ford needs to make things right
