Bought my white Mustang GT about two weeks ago (new) and I couldn't be more upset. Half of my car is turning yellow and they want to tear my car apart and paint all of the plastics then put it back together.

I feel like tearing apart a new $43,000 car before I have even made the first payment is unreasonable. I have also had to have an interior light repaired and the hood needs realigned. Based on the two week history, I have very little faith that it would ever be right again after being torn apart. This vehicle should have never made it through quality control to begin with and I should not have to be so upset after buying a new car.

In addition, it would be a warranty claim which would be a part of the vehicle history forever and as far as I'm concerned, it would make my car less valuable. The service department didn't even provide a loaner when the light was being repaired and they weren't giving me a loaner for the 5 days it would take to tear my car apart. I have had to jump through hoops, make several trips to the dealership and now they want me to meet with another person tomorrow (which they haven't even given me an appt. time).

I have a busy schedule and cant just drop what I am doing because it is convenient for them.

I have been a Ford owner for 20 years and I am very disappointed with the declining quality and customer service.

After being a customer for 20 years and I currently own 5 ford vehicles, they will not replace my NEW car. The only choice they are giving me is to tear my car apart. Just when I thought they couldn't be worse.... NEVER AGAIN will my family contribute to this circus!!
