How can this not be covered under the warranty, especially when the vehicle was still under a year old? and how come the warranty paid the first 2times but not the 3rd time? Surely a part failure, especially on a vehicle under 12 months old should be warranty. Any idea how i can claim the money back from ford motor company south Africa?
