Ranger Wildtrack 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 50,000 miles

Sometimes when the car is started the idle speed becomes erratic and can cause the engine to stop, being an auto the car is impossible to drive in traffic and in one case it cut out when I was pulling into a stream of traffic, which was potentially dangerous. This issue happened 3 times over a month. The dealer found nothing wrong but reset the software. So far it's been ok.
