Consumer experiencing problem with rear shock failure. Front shocks went bad first. Consumer took vehicle to dealer. Dealer replaced front shocks, and informed consumer rear shocks were fine. 20,000 miles later, both front and rear shocks needed replacement. Dealer notified and refused to repair unless cost goes to consumer.
