problem #2

Taurus SE 3.0L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 81,000 miles

Ford needs to expand the recall on their suspension problems or a class action suite is definitely appropriate. Other the suspension junk, its been a good car.

Taurus

  • 84,000 miles

I noticed that my Taurus was making a "clunking" noise underneath especially when going over bumps. It doesn't seem to be a probvlem when I am driving on straight and flat roads. I received a recall notice about the springs in the front of the car possibly cracking and piercing the tires. I am concerned about this as Ford will not be sending out notices to affected vehicles until the 4th. quarter of this year.
