my sister paid to have springs replaced front and rear. the poor quality just did not get fixed. the car still sits low in the rear. she complained to ford dealer by liberty mo. nothing was done. the same with every other repair they said they had to do. car is a piece of junk! only once did i hear a person say they have had no problems--once--the cars are junk and the dealerships lie
