Excessive acceleration. I was going up a hill in DC traffic and could not stop accelerating. I had to put the emergency brakes on and turn the car off. Hrottle positoin sensor went out. I sent the car to the Ford dealership. My extented warranty did not cover that B/C they said it was a fuel system problem not a emission problem.

Fuel odor coming in thru vents inside vehicle.odor noticed on start up, ,and after hot soak.cant find any fuel leaks.V-6 24 valve engine.
