Taurus

  • Manual transmission
  • 76,000 miles

I went to have the work done on vehicle when I was asked what year was my car I told the that it was a 2005 but once the estimate was done I was told that I had a 2004 but the guide to my vehicle is a 2005 and that is what I purchased the vehicle as a 2005 from the dealership and I was not told anything different. I have never felt so cheated. I am paying for a 2005 and still today if I didn't have to purchase any parts for it I would not know. I feel like I was a pushover by the dealership. Some of the part on my vehicle are the wrong part for the year of the vehicle.
