2005 Ford Taurus with a sticking accelerator pedal, or the cruise control engaging when not turned on. The consumer stated the vehicle would go from 45 mph to 70 mph in less than 1/4 of a mile without applying the accelerator. The right rear strut, alternator and starter all had to be replaced.

: the contact stated while driving between 60-70mph the vehicle veered to the left and right without warning. There was no visible road debris present. Upon inspection the dealership determined the rear passenger side camper toe on the axel was bent. After the dealer replaced the axel bar, the problem returned less than a week later. The dealer has not been informed of the reoccurrence.
