THIS is part # 3!!!! of the A/C failure I had in 2012 ...i posted PART #1 &2

Bill #1 was $550.77.

2008 Ford Taurus SEL FWD - Car was Purchased New @ Ford Dealer

mileage @ problem #3 - 141,669km / 88,029km

Repaired @ Ford Dealer A/C Issue #3 - Total :$ 1,137.20 tax inc. (NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY)

Problem - A/C Quit Blowing Cold Air

Solution: Diagnose Performed A/C Pressure test, Found Condenser Leaking, Removed Front Bumper, Radiator, EVAC A/C System, Replaced the condenser, recharged system, replaced engine coolant in rad, Retested fine.

This was the last so far of the A/C repairs. 2013 might tell another story.

But the grand Total @ the Ford Dealer to repair all 3 repairs on the A/C system in 2012 was $2543.43.

NONE OF WHICH WAS COVERED BY WARRANTY.

Problem - A/C Not Engaging - Can Hear Clicking Behind Dash

Solution: Performed Inspection - Found A/C Mode Blend Door Making Clicking Noise - Replaced - Still No Cold Air - Found System Depleted - Diagnosed and Replaced Leaking Valves.
